Project Description
J&B Painting LLC completed a 6-day exterior painting and rotted wood replacement project on a 2,054 sq. ft. home in Clarkston, Michigan. The exterior paint project included everything from power washing and priming to caulking and painting—using custom-matched Sherwin-Williams colors for a clean, bold look. We worked on the wood trim, soffits, siding, garage door, front door, gutters, and downspouts to bring new life to this spacious 3-bed, 3-bath home.
Background/Story:
The homeowner reached out because the outside of the house needed more than just a color refresh. There was visible wood rot in several areas, and the original paint had started to peel. She wanted to keep the existing style but with sharper, deeper colors—and make sure the repairs would last.
After getting a few quotes, she picked us because we listened, offered a clear plan, and had the experience to handle both the repairs and painting. The home is part of a quiet subdivision with larger homes, so making the place look polished again was a big priority. We handled the full preparation and repaint without cutting corners, keeping everything on track from start to finish.
